Slim / Tailored / Relaxed Fit
Slim, tailored (or "classic"), and relaxed describe how close a garment sits to the body, from trim to roomy. The catch is that these words are brand-relative: one label’s "slim" is another’s "tailored," because there is no industry standard behind them. That is why this site anchors fit to published measurements — chest, waist, leg opening, rise — and to broad user consensus on whether a piece runs large or small, labeled as consensus. Treat the fit name as a rough starting point and the size chart as the truth. When both are given, believe the numbers.
