Jersey vs Interlock

Single jersey is the standard tee knit: light, with a visibly different face and back, and a tendency to curl at raw edges. Interlock is a double knit — effectively two jerseys locked together — so it is thicker, smoother on both sides, more stable, and reversible-looking. Interlock feels more substantial and holds shape better, which suits polos and heavier tees; jersey breathes better and costs less. Neither is superior in the abstract. The spec matters because an "interlock" tee should feel meaningfully more structured than a jersey one at the same GSM, and price should track that.
